Enrollment, Refund and Reschedule Policy

By completing your course registration and paying in full or in installments, you agree to the following terms and conditions: We request that you read the following terms and conditions that apply to course purchases/enrollment.

1. Your enrollment shall be transferred to a friend or family member if that particular batch is not started (in unavailable situations). A 100% refund will be given if the respective batch is not started. You will not be able to transfer your course to someone else once the batch has begun. Under this condition, either you can pause and restart your training in the next batch, or you can complete the batch on the go. You may request a pause and reschedule only once during your entire course, irrespective of which course you enroll in.

2. You agree to pay course fees and charges attributable to the course or training, and you are solely responsible for your enrollment.

3. There are part-payment and installment options offered to the students, as finances should not be a barrier to starting your training. But students should complete the full payment before the batch gets started or before 7 days from the batch start date. We may restrict or pause your training until full payment is completed. The ideal deadline period is 7 days (after your batch’s start date).

4. We reserve the right to collect fees owed to us using collection methods, including debiting and other payment methods that are commonly followed by other organizations in recent trends.

5.. Payments to Chennai Drone Academy include, but are not limited to, goods and services tax (GST) or other similar applicable taxes.

6. We also reserve the right to offer customized courses and fee structures (including discounts and/or special offers and scholarships) depending on the student’s course customization and interests based on our course categories. Chennai Drone Academy has the sole right to offer discounts or offers on course prices. These discounts or offers will be notified to you on the website or through direct communication by email, SMS, telephone, or other means of communication from “Chennai Drone Academy.” With the exception of “Chennai Drone Academy,” no person, including but not limited to third-party platforms, is authorized to offer discounts or offers. Chennai Drone Academy shall not be held responsible for any claims arising from unauthorized discounts or offers provided by persons other than “Chennai Drone Academy” (including third-party platforms or providers).

7. Chennai Drone Academy shall not be liable to you for any claims resulting from the acts or omissions of third parties or frauds online (in the name of Chennai Drone Academy). 8. Chennai Drone Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event or change the location of the event due to a lack of registrants, sickness of instructors, or forced events (floods, earthquakes, political unrest, etc.). reserve.
