Refund and Rescheduling Policy

By completing your course registration and making payments, you agree to the following refund and rescheduling terms:

Refund Policy

  • Full Payment: Once full payment has been made for any course, no refunds will be issued if you decide to cancel your enrollment.

  • Partial Payment / Token Amount:

    1. If you secure a slot by making a partial payment (token amount), this amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
    2. The remaining balance must be paid within 30 days of the partial payment. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the token amount, and your seat will be released.

  • Transfer of Enrolment: You may transfer your enrolment to a friend or family member if the batch has not yet started. This option is only available for unstarted courses.

  • Refund Before Batch Start: In cases of unavoidable circumstances, a 90% refund will be provided if the batch has not started and you request a refund. No refunds will be offered once the batch has commenced.

  • No Refund for Slot Booking: No refund will be provided for token/slot booking payments.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Before Course Commencement:

You may request to reschedule the course if done at least 7 days before the scheduled start date.

  • After Course Commencement:
  1. If the course has started and you have completed less than 30% of the training, you may request a reschedule. Approval will be based on your progress and the reason for the rescheduling.
  2. Only one rescheduling request is allowed per enrollment.

  • Course Pause Option:
    • o In cases of extreme unforeseen circumstances, you may request to pause your course enrolment. This requires valid documentation (e.g., medical certificates) and will be subject to approval by Chennai Drone Academy management.
